Tilt-table
The MATRIX Fixture Tables have a T-slot profile plate, which can be freely tilted to around 90° and fits to all MATRIX Systems. Using this, horizontal as well as vertical fixtures can be constructed. The tables are available in dimensions of 750 x 1200 mm and 1125 x 1500 mm. All tables have wheels that can be lowered in order to move the table as desired. The representation of vertical fixtures is simplified by tilting the plate on the table into a horizontal position. In addition, the work piece can be brought into the optimal measurement position by tilting the fixture (automobile arrangements). The plate on the table is bent using a crank handle, Variations in type and dimensions upon request.

A Report Wizard will help guidethe user through the automatic creation of an ISO layout report. Different reporting types are available to the end-user, such as color error maps, GD & Tsections, and tabular, Formats supported include Excel, Word, HTML, pdf.
